veramente è abbastanza semplice avere id alto con tele2/teletu, visto che le policy di filtraggio che usano non per forza comportano un ID basso.
Spiace, non hai scoperto nulla di nuovo, qualsiasi cosa sia.

Da qualche giorno, l'ultimo rilascio dell'IpFilter 146, ha scaturito una piccola polemica, in quanto sono stati inseriti al suo interno alcuni range ip riconducibili ad ISP italiani, e più specificamente a TeleTu, Vodafone e Telecom. Quindi, una volta caricato l'IpFilter 146 in eMule, si bloccheranno le connessioni in entrata ed uscita verso quei client sotto quei determinati Ip.
Purtroppo, non sapendo con quale criterio vengono scelti gli Ip da filtrare, quindi impossibilitati dal poter stabilire se siano danossi o meno, sta a noi decidere se usare o meno questo aggiornamento, in quanto verranno perse varie possibili fonti "buone" e  aumenteremo il disagio degli utenti Teletu e Vodafone, in quanto già filtrati dai loro ISP
Mentre, se si decidesse di usare comunque questo IpFilter senza però limitare gli utenti italiani, si può tranquillamente modificare il file eliminare i range Ip appartenenti ai provider TeleTu, Vodafone e Telecom

Cmq, si attendono chiarimenti al riguardo da parte di chi sviluppa quest'IpFilter.

In realtà, ora l'update di questo IPFilter è arrivato alla v151, rilasciato proprio stanotte, ma la pubblicazione su Emuleitalia l'ho interrotta in quanto blocca un numero notevoli di fonti italiane del tutto innocue al p2p.
Se vuoi scaricarlo, puoi farlo da [b=http://forum.emule-project.net/index.php?showtopic=19247&view=findpost&p=1064023]qui[/b], ma ricordati che avrai molte fonti buone in meno.
Purtroppo un'altro servizio del genere è diventato a pagamento, quindi l'ho scartato subito, in quanto un servizio per un progetto OP non deve mai essere effettuato dietro abbonamento :undecided:
Al momento stiamo valutando altri servizi simili; appena ne troveremo uno decente ricomincerò con la pubblicazione

Ah, se vuoi usare l'ultimo v151, potresti modificarlo cancellando tutti gli ip italiani inseriti, non è difficile ma ti porterà via minimo mezz'ora di tempo. Vedi tu

Si, puoi usare Peerblok per rimpiazzare l'ipfilter, ma dato che sei un utilizzatore della ScarAngel, ti ricordo che tale mod carica automaticamente l'ipfilter, il quale, ad una rapida occhiata, non sembra quello sviluppato da Meuh6879.
Però, ti ricordo che è inutile utilizzare Peerblock ed un ipfilter contemporaneamente; uno basta e avanza se non anche di troppo
Per quanto riguarda l'aggiornamento della ScarAngel, io sono per l'installazione pulita, quindi salvati le cartelle Incoming, Temp (qualora hai file in download) e i file clients.met, preferences.dat e cryptkey.dat che si trovano nella cartella config, elimina il restante e metti la nuova versione (ti consiglio i binari).
