Dipende tutto dal tuo grado di conoscenza rispetto al client... se sai che è possibile che la lista si aggiorni automaticamente contattando un Server o un client, se sai come evitare questo comportamento, se scarichi le liste da siti che giudichi affidabili... se non premi link ED2K in maniera inconsapevole...

allora puoi tranquillamente togliere la spunta da "Filtra anche i Server".... considera comunque che non è certo questo aspetto del filtraggio ad appesantire il client.

Ok, quindi praticamente è una misura di sicurezza in più rispetto anche alla lista utilizzata per caricare i server.

Il resto lo so, non far aggiornare automaticamente la lista server e filtrare gli ip dei client....

Aggiornato l'IP-Filter anche su Emulepawcio

è possibile scaricarlo da http://emulepawcio.sourceforge.net/ipfilter.zip

oppure direttamente da eMule inserendo in Opzioni ---> Sicurezza la stringa:
